Returns & refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
Return window: You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most products. The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.
How to request a return: 1. Sign in to your account and open the order under "My orders". 2. Click "Request return" on the line you want to send back. 3. Tell us the reason — it helps us improve. 4. Our team will arrange a pickup or share a return address within 24 hours.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll refund the amount to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via UPI / bank transfer to an account you provide.
Non-returnable items: Some products like innerwear, customised goods, and perishable items are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. The product page calls this out clearly when it applies.
Damaged or wrong item delivered? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free pickup and dispatch a replacement or full refund right away.
